Tracking

How do I log a cigarette, a cigar or a few puffs?

Tap the big button on Home. If you use more than one product, first pick it in the row of chips at the top: the rings, the button and the chart follow your choice. For a vape, tap once per puff; quick taps are grouped into a single entry.

I forgot to log one. Can I add it later?

Yes. Tap the chart on Home to open your History, then the + button at the top. Pick what it was, how many puffs for a vape, and when it happened.

I logged one by mistake. How do I remove it?

Right after logging, tap Undo under the button on Home. Later on, open History (tap the chart on Home), tap the day, then the bin icon next to the wrong entry.

I smoke and vape. Can Smokr track both?

Yes. Each product has its own count, target, cost and time. Puffs are never mixed with cigarettes. Add or change products any time with Settings, then Re-do Onboarding; your history is kept.

How are money and time calculated?

From what you told us during setup: the price of a pack, pouch, box or refill and what it contains, and how long one takes you. Each entry keeps its own cost and time, so changing prices later doesn't rewrite your past.

"Actual spending" is different: it adds up the packs and refills you record when you buy them.

Can I log without opening the app?

On iPhone, yes. Open Settings, then Quick Logging, and turn it on. Then double-tap the back of your iPhone (Back Tap) or ask Siri to "Log a cigarette in Smokr". Smokr logs it and confirms with a notification. If you use several products, it asks which one.

Can I log from my Apple Watch?

Yes. Turn on Quick Logging on your iPhone, install Smokr on your watch (Watch app on your iPhone, then My Watch, then Available Apps), and add the Smokr complication to your watch face. It shows today's count; tap it, then Log.

Goals and stats

How do targets work?

Every product has a daily target, starting from what you used before Smokr. Change it in the Goals tab. On Home, pick Day, Week, Month or Year: the rings compare that period's total with your target for the same period.

What is the "time between" timer?

A minimum gap you want between two smokes. Home shows how much is left and asks before you log one early. Vape puffs don't reset it.

What is a streak?

The number of days in a row you stayed at or under your daily target for the product shown in Stats.

What is the dependence score?

A short assessment based on the Fagerström Test for Nicotine Dependence (FTND), adapted for vapes and cigars, used to suggest a plan. It is an indication, not a diagnosis.

Games and leaderboards

Why are there games?

Cravings usually pass within a few minutes. A short game is a way to ride one out. Tap Play on Home.

Who can see me on the leaderboards?

Everyone sees your nickname, best scores and rating, never your email. You get a random nickname at first and can change it from any leaderboard.

My best score in a game is higher than on the leaderboard.

The "Best" shown inside a game is kept on your phone and includes scores from before leaderboards existed. Scores that couldn't be sent because you were offline are sent automatically the next time you open the app.

Subscriptions

What do I get for free?

Every new account gets 3 days of everything, with no payment needed. After that, Smokr Pro is needed to keep using the app: weekly, monthly, yearly or a one-time lifetime purchase.

How do I cancel?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google, so you cancel them in your store account, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period:

iPhone: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions, then Smokr. Or open apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

Android: Google Play, then your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Or open play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.

Deleting the app or your Smokr account does not cancel a subscription.

I paid but Smokr still asks me to subscribe.

Make sure you are signed in to the same Smokr account and the same Apple ID or Google account you paid with, then tap Restore purchases on the subscription screen. If that doesn't help, email us with the date of the purchase.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are decided by the store you paid. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com for iPhone, or from your Google Play order history for Android.

Account and privacy

I forgot my password.

Email support@smokr.com from the address you signed up with and we will help you reset it. If you're still signed in, you can change it in Settings, then Change Password.

Who can see my data?

Only you. Your logs and answers are stored in your account and are never sold or used for advertising. Only your leaderboard nickname and scores are public. Read the privacy policy for the details.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings, then Delete Account. This permanently erases your account, logs, products, purchases, goals and scores. It cannot be undone.

If you no longer have the app, email support@smokr.com from the address you signed up with and we will delete it for you.
